“Spam” means unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate communication to persons with whom the Customer (“You”) do not have a business relationship or who have not specifically requested (opted-in to) mails.
Flutterboots (or “We”) has a zero tolerance spam policy.
To use our Services, You must agree to verify only permission-based email addresses. This means all recipients must have opted-in to receive communications from the verifying entity.
An opt-in can occur either via a sign-up form on a web site, at a point-of-sale sign-up form, or on a physical sign-up sheet or in any other manner indicating that the recipient has opted in. Purchased lists may not be used with the Services, regardless of the source or permission status.
We monitor the Services and scan messages for patterns consistent with verifying non-opted-in email addresses and may filter out messages that appear to be spam. We may also report incoming email as spam. This can result in IP addresses and domain names being blacklisted. A Customer’s/ user's account will be terminated if the user verifies non-opted-in email addresses. Please report any suspected abuse to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sometimes legitimate messages may be filtered out by our systems. If any message has been filtered inadvertently, please take necessary action at your end to inform or communicate with the recipient.
You may not use Flutterboots’ Services to:
Verify harvested email addresses from web sites or other sources
Verify purchased lists (whether they are opt-in or not)
verify permutations of email addresses, also known as directory harvesting
verify email addresses generated via email appending
verify email addresses without the subscriber’s permission to receive email communications from your entity
Your account will be immediately terminated if we determine in our sole discretion that you verify non-opted-in email addresses. If you use the Services to verify email addresses obtained in any way other than a subscriber opting-in to your list, you may incur a $100 (US) charge per substantiated incident (i.e. per verification).
Separately, You will be solely responsible to indemnify Flutterboots for any loss caused to it whether arising directly or indirect from any incident (as a result of your actions) which violates this Policy.
You’ll get an email about once a week. We’ll never share your address.
